lBy default, we deliver the Android TV box "bare".
This means that we naturally provide it with Android and the latest updates.
Our boxes come empty, with only the necessary Android software and apps.
As not all Play Store apps will work on an Android box, we have put together an Android software pack of some legal popular apps. Note: Some apps still require a subscription.
If you order the package when you buy a box, you get a 5 euros discount. 9.99 instead of 14.99 5 euros. Then install everything to make the Global Box truly plug and play.
It is recommended to use this option if you have not used an Android TV box before.

Is the storage space expandable?
Most Android TV boxes and Android TV sticks allow you to expand the storage space.
This can be done via, for example, a Micro SD card or USB stick.
The Movie boxes already have 16, 32 or 64 GB of storage memory.

Which way can I pay? You can pay in different ways at Global Box.
The easiest way for Dutch customers is iDEAL, German customers is SOFORT,
For our other customers, we have the option to pay via PayPal or Credit card.

I have not received an invoice.
As soon as your order has been placed and received by us, you will immediately receive an email from us containing the invoice.
You can also find this online, in the status of your order.

Can I still cancel?
After placing the order, you can cancel until we ship the order.
You will receive an email confirmation of this shipment.
If you cancel the order before shipment, you will receive your money back within 14 days.

Then it is useful to consider purchasing an AirMouse.
The AirMouse actually consists of two parts.
A remote control on one side, a keyboard on the other.
